WHAT WE DO

TAX

  • We prepare and electronically file annual corporate and personal returns as well as estimated income taxes for both federal and state governments. This sometimes requires the preparation of pro-forma tax returns to establish estimated tax liabilities.

  • We also prepare quarterly payroll and sales tax returns as well as annual 1099, 941, W-2 and other payroll tax returns. All work is reviewed by a CPA prior to submission to federal or state regulatory authorities. 

  • Our charge for a typical personal tax return filed electronically (form 1040 and state return) is only $200 (depending on complexity). We insure that you get every deduction to which you are entitled (tuition, child care, nursing facility expenses, etc.).

  • We also provide tax advisory services to assist our clients in minimizing their tax burden by providing impact analysis of proposed courses of action prior to implementation.

You are busy running your business, let us be your accounting partner. Accounting services include preparation of adjusting journal entries (e.g. depreciation, accruals, etc.) and monthly financial statement review. We work with business clients to ensure their books are accurate and they have a financial roadmap to organizational success.

BOOKKEEPING

Bookkeeping services include payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts and cash disbursements as well as quarterly payroll, sales tax and other reports. We reconcile the bank statements each month to insure accuracy and cash integrity.

We work within the Quickbooks software suite as well as within Sage. If you have an existing bookkeeping software, we are happy to utilize that in keeping your books.

Our medical billing specialist is familliar with all major insurances and coding specific to behavioral health practices. Our clients have included psychiatrists, psychologists, Licensed Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, and others.

  3. Charge entry and claims processing

  4. Receipt posting and secondary processing

  5. Month-end closing

 

We also work to collect outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
